The All Progressives Congress (APC), Chairmanship candidate for Ifelodun local government area of Kwara State, Hon. Femi Yusuf has congratulated Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq on his appointment as Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate.
Hon. Yusuf who was reacting to the official announcement of the Governor, by the Emir of Ilorin, HRH. Alh. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari at the palace earlier today, described the recognition, as well deserved, adding that the honouree is a worthy and proud son of Ilorin Emirate.
He said “The appointment of our leader, Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq as the 2nd Sardauna of Ilorin, by our revered father, Emir of Ilorin is a recognition of excellence and commitment to the Emirate, Kwara State and humanity at large.
“Gov. Abdulrahman who since his historic assumption of office in 2019 has been religiously focused in changing the narratives of Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State and humanity in general.
“His revolutionary achievements cutting across all sectors of the economy, shows he not only came prepared, but he’s also hungry of leaving landmark achievements in the sands of time.
“These and many more, are a confirmation that the Governor is well deserving of the honour and eminently qualified to assume the traditional title of Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate.
“This recognition will further spur him in continuation of his utmost dedication to serving Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State and humanity in general” he added
