Hon. Abdulrasheed Femi Yusuf, the APC candidate for Ifelodun Local Government, visited HRH, Oba Aliyu Alabi Yusuf, the Oba of Babanla, at his residence in Ilorin, where he received prayers and valuable counsel ahead of the September 21 local government election.
The visit, aimed at securing royal endorsement, Hon. Femi Yusuf was accompanied by key political figures, including Hon. AGF Salahuddeen, who represents Omupo Constituency in the Kwara State House of Assembly, as well as Hon. Garba Fatai Labaka (Jagaban), Chief Ademola Zubair, Akeem AKMAT, Hon. Ayinla Omikunle and other stakeholders.
During the meeting, Oba Aliyu Alabi Yusuf prayed for divine protection and success for the candidate, stressing the necessity of a peaceful and successful election. Kabiesi also took the opportunity to commend Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his continuous efforts to strengthen security within the state.
